The Lil Nilakka was designed by Pekka Tuominen, one of only seven “puukkoseppamestari”—master bladesmiths certified by the Finnish government. Much like the traditional Puukko knife, this modern folder has an astoundingly sharp micro-beveled blade, machined from RWL34 stainless steel. Housed in a minimalist ivory G-10 handle, the blade opens with Spyderco’s iconic Round Hole and snaps into place with a liner lock. Tuck it in your pocket and this limited edition model will have you looking as sharp as its blade.

Pro tip:
“Flat grind” knives maintain their thickness through most of the blade, then taper off quickly at the edge. “Full-flat grind” knives have a long bevel that extends all the way from the spine to the edge. Flat ground blades have greater strength, while full-flat ground blades create less drag.
