Order Processing Time

We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that orders containing backordered items may take longer to ship, with estimated shipping times clearly communicated on our website.

Factors such as special-order items, out-of-stock items, required customer information, and peak holiday seasons may contribute to slight delays in processing.

Delivery Time and Shipping Rates

Delivery typically takes between 3-6 business days, with remote or rural areas possibly experiencing longer delivery times. To qualify for free shipping, your order must exceed $225 CAD (excluding tax) and be shipped within Canada.

For orders not eligible for free shipping, a flat rate shipping fee of $19 CAD will be applied. If your delivery address is in a remote area, an additional shipping charge of $30 CAD will be added. Refer to our complete list of Remote Postal Codes for details.

Express shipping options are available for expedited delivery at a rate of $49 CAD, ensuring prompt receipt of your order.

We aim to deliver flat rate and free shipping options to our customers. However, there might be rare instances where the actual shipping costs are higher than expected. Should this happen, we will reach out to you to coordinate the additional payment or find feasible alternative solutions.

Shipping Cost Calculation and Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your precise location. Please ensure accuracy in your address information during the payment process to prevent shipping delays.

Upon dispatch, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order's transit progress until it reaches your doorstep.
