The 17in machete offers a lightweight feel, with the backbone to get the job done around camp or on the trail.  The curved blade measures 10.75" in total and has a black oxide coating that protects the blade from wear and tear. The handle is made from a glass fiber nylon, or GFN, and has a nice curve that fits the shape of your hand comfortably with ample of dexterity to offer.  Included is also a nylon belt sheath for easy carry.
